month update for Toby (previously Emmett)! He has now turned TWO years
old!! He has just flourished with us, and is the perfect fit for our
family. He loves being outdoors, joining us on adventures and playing
with any and all other dogs (we might have to adopt him a furry
sibling one day). He has recently discovered swimming, loves to
snuggle and is glued to our hips. He gets a very wiggly bum when we
get home - I swear he recognizes the sound of our cars pulling in. We
have loved seeing his goofy personality come to life as he has settled
in. We are so happy to have him as a part of our family, so thank you
for helping him to pick us to bring him home!!

          Update October '19
          Two and a
half years with our best decision ever! Toby is doing wonderfully,
everyone who meets him adores him. He is so gentle, easy-going and
affectionate. As always, there’s nothing that Toby loves more than
another dog ... any dog! He has to say hi to everyone! Toby excelled
with training, he is very well-behaved (except for his recall, other
dogs always seem to trump it!). He loves his crate, his kong, and
going up to the cottage. We couldn’t imagine our lives without him,
and feel so lucky every day for the volunteers & staff at SPCAWQ for
all of their help in matching us up!!
