Sam

Samson, now called "Sam"', graduated from his beginner class last night (Thursday).

His training was really successful, and we all have learned so much.

He is still very aggressive towards other dogs, so that will either have to be a work in progress or that's the way it will have to be.  Our trainer had observed his aggressiveness and it was his "prey mode".  Keep you updated on that.

The other pics are Sam's exploration of our back yard, and the aftermath of all his exercise.

As you can see from his file pics, he has grown.

Enjoy the pics!

Update March '16

Hello good folks of the SPCA!

Haven't written in a while concerning Sam, but he's been doing great and it's been one year now.

He has been involved in two types of dog training, the latest last fall was for large and aggressive dogs through Canadian Canine Academy.  That one has worked really well, but unfortunately Sam is just not a sociable dog.

We love him to death though, and he did meet his brother while in the other training (PetSmart).  That was late last spring.  Haven't been in contact since.  They did remember each other though.

Needless to say he's a very smart boy, intelligent, listens well until he goes to prey mode, and that's only when he feels threatened.

One day we will bring him by for a reunion, we think he is over his motion sickness.

Update October '20

We just finished celebrating Sam's sixth birthday this past Friday. Well we actually celebrated it today.  Sam is getting some grey in as you can see.

This year an old fashion plain donut with peanut butter icing…

I hope all you folks are safe!
