Sweet Pippa
has been with us since July 25, 2017. She has since come into her
own. She is a really happy little terrier girl, full of energy, quite
independent and yet affectionate and cuddly. She enjoys her walkies -
and her food - loves pot-roast and carrots, and pumpkin doggie
cookies! She is her dog-daddy’s best girl and loves riding in the
car.
Pippa looks
forward to her daily 3 km walks in the woods during which time she
meets many canine friends. She seems to enjoy all the wonderful scents
of fall, and true to her terrier nature sets about to investigate each
leaf and twig on the way.
This wee girl
from Nu, named Daisy at the time of her adoption, is a resilient,
endearing little dog who has overcome very challenging odds. The love
and nurturing of Carole, her foster mum, and the care she received at
the SPCA of Western Quebec made it possible for Daisy to become our
Pippa. Larry and I feel privileged to be part of her life. She will be
loved and cared for as the precious gift that she is.
To all of
you, staff and volunteers at the SPCAWQ and to the many sponsors who
support your efforts, a heartfelt thank you!
