Kelsey (formerly Julius) and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who works and volunteers at the SPCA of Western Quebec.  As a former volunteer, I have to say that I have never met a group of people so
dedicated, devoted and caring. 

The work that you do is often thankless and so I just want to say THANK YOU because if not for you, I may not have
had the chance to meet Kelsey and it is very possible that this wonderful soul, this beautiful spirit would not be alive today if you had not rescued him.  What a shame that would have been. 

Kelsey is doing great!  He has been with me for 2 1/2 years and he's happy, confident and spoiled!  We take long walks at the dog park in Ottawa where he meets many of his doggie and human friends. 

This fall, Kelsey will be enrolled in Therapy Dog training.  We will keep you posted on his success!!
