My family adopted Kalli (at the time named Sunny) in the summer of 2013. She is now 6 years old and still full of energy. Last year we decided to do a DNA test on her and found out she was a mix of Border Collie, Brittany, Doberman Pincher, Belgian Turvuren and a Samoyed. I was surprised she had no Lab in her! In November of 2018 I received a facebook message from a man who lived in Aylmer who thought our dogs might be related. After discussing further, we figured out they were both adopted at the SPCA and both had the same birthday. They were sisters!!!! We decided to meet up at the Aylmer dog park so they could meet again after being separated for 5 years. The two loved each other! Her sister’s name is Becky. She's more white and a bit smaller than Kalli. Since they met, we've babysat Becky twice and once was for 2 weeks. They got to know each other quite well and played together!
