          Since
we adopted Domino late last fall, he has become an integral and
much-loved member of our family.  Although we have made great strides
with his training, he continues to challenge us daily - he is a very
silly boy with an incredibly stubborn disposition!  He has become very
attached to our two sons (his "puppies"), and they love him dearly.
Unfortunately, our geriatric cat does not share our love for Domino,
probably because of his strong herding drive.  Domino has become more
respectful of her, but she has become more brave, and now she doesn't
miss a chance to swat him in the nose as he passes by!

Recently, Domino went on his first camping trip with us.  He was
hesitant to show us his swimming ability, and he was nervous in the
canoe (even though he had his own doggie life jacket).  Overall, he
enjoyed the great outdoors, though, and he dozed by the campfire in
          the evenings.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of Domino during his stay
at the SPCA of Western Quebec.  We don't know what we would do
          without him.

          Update January '11 ...

          It is
nice to know that Domino still has friends at the SPCA.  He is
doing very well, thank you.  Our two boys love him to death, and
          he feels the same.

          He
continues to be a very challenging boy, but we work with him every day
          - after two years, he has finally given up on herding our boys.

          We
recently completed a dog training course at Forever Friends - they are
excellent, and I would highly recommend them.

Despite the fact that most days we feel like we're in the book "Marley
and Me", we love him dearly, and we wouldn't trade him for any other
          dog in the world.

P.S.  I have attached a few photos.  In one of them, he is gazing
into our backyard pond.  He thinks it's his own giant water bowl.
