Sorry for the delay in sending updates on Cerberus (Brown Beagle Boxer mix) and Chance (white American Eskimo) adopted in November 2011 when they were estimated to be 3 months old. You rescued them from a terrible puppy mill in Shawville, Quebec about a month prior to that. They are now almost 9 years old. Cerberus tore his ACL in his back leg in November 2018 and as a result he had to have a steel rod put in his leg at the Alta Vista Animal Hospital in Ottawa in January 2019 but prior to that Chance had a cancerous tumor removed from an "armpit" area of his left front leg in September 2018...both are doing well today. Their other "fur siblings" are a 14 year old "tuxedo" cat named Cass and a 3 year old Calico cat named Cali which we recently just got back 3 days ago. Cali (who along with Cass are both declawed and strictly indoor cats) disappeared June 2nd, 2020 and was miraculously found after almost 4 weeks. Cass, Cerberus, and Chance were all missing Cali as much as we were and are so glad to have her back.
