Cali

Cali has been an amazing, welcome addition to our family. We are all so happy to have a dog in the home once again after 6 months of no FurBabies in our house.

She is such a sweet, good natured puppy. She is very calm for a pup – we have had numerous strangers tell us this when out for walks, at the vet, etc.. She is very loving, and has the best temperament. She is gentle, especially with our 2 daughters, Sami (9), and Charlotte (5). The girls adore her, and love having a puppy to play with and take care of.

She is also very clever. We have been taking her to puppy school, but she mastered a few "tricks" like sit, off, touch, before going to school. She also is an amazing loose leash walker without even having to be told to heel. We really feel like we won the puppy lottery with Cali!!!

She loves playing with other dogs, and only barks when she wants to play. She seems to be quite assertive/alpha with dogs her size or smaller, but is still skittish with big dogs. She loves chasing tennis balls, and is a big digger- we have a few holes in our backyard we need to fill!

We are extremely lucky and grateful to have been able to adopt Cali from you. We couldn't ask for a better addition to our family to make it whole again!

Update December '17

Merry Christmas from Cali! It was Cali’s first Christmas this year. She was very happy with her presents - tennis balls and a giant hedgehog stuffie. She’s also enjoying the snow - she spends a lot of time running and digging in the snow. She’s a true snow dog!
