Chopin (now named Beau) is fitting in fine. Our dogs welcomed him without incident and he has become one of the gang already. Our old Bernese is acting years younger and together they are romping through the fields. He likes the water but has only gone wading so far.
Even with all the changes he has remained laid back and accepting of everything and everybody - he is such a sweetheart. He is equally at home in the mud and the leaves as he is cuddled up with us on the couch to watch TV.
He is eating well, his reverse Mohawk is growing in and on Monday last he had his stitches out and got a clean bill of health from the vet.
Thank you everyone there for looking after him so well and if you get a chance tell the folks that had to give him up that he seems happy and gets lots of hugs every day. Thanks Again, Jill & Claude
